How to Apply It Neatly

• Start on clean, dry lips. Any balm residue will stop the matte from setting evenly.
• Outline first with the wand tip, then fill in. Going straight to the middle usually leaves a messy edge.
• Let the first coat dry fully before deciding whether you want a second. Most shades do not need one.
• Do not press your lips together while it is still wet. That is what causes patchiness.

Matte or Glossy
